Return Policy

Returns  

Purchases made within 30 days can be returned, subject to the terms below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with original tags and packaging if applicable.  
 
To start a return, contact us at info@surfcityusa.com or (888) SAY-OCEAN.  
 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You can also visit our store at 155 5th Street, Suite 111, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 to complete a return. You will need to present your proof of purchase. 

Exchanges 

For an exchange, please visit our store at 155 5th Street, Suite 111, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 with your proof of purchase.  

Non-returnable/Non-refundable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as the Surf City USA® Barrel Trail. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@surfcityusa.com or at (888) SAY-OCEAN if the item is defective or damaged. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@surfcityusa.com or (888) SAY-OCEAN.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at our discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests.
